It's almost 10pm and I have had 195 calories today. A FiberOne bar for breakfast, 120 calories, and a bag of popcorn for lunch, about 75. no excersize today, but I worked 730am to 930pm, so I was on my feet and walking, if not running, all day.

shitty shitty weekend, intake wise. However, we did 7 miles on Saturday. Hopefully will jog 7 miles tuesday, bike 15 miles Wednesday, another 7 miles on Thursday and Friday, and hopefully color guard choreography/dance on Saturday. :( I hope I can get back on track.

Rockstar Pink and half of a fiberone bar for breakfast, around 70 calories. I'm feeling a little sick to my stomach, so hopefully that will prevent snacking. I brough a bag of baby carrots to work, just in case. those things are life-savers, I swear! They are so good, and for a whole pound, which I could probably never eat in one sitting, it's only like, 130 calories! and I'm pretty sure theyre neutral calories anyway! and cheeeaaappp!

any encouragment or suggestions are appreciated. stay strong, ladies! <3

I'm back. Ive been happy. Thus Ive been eating. A lot. I've gained weight. About 15 pounds. I cant be fat again. 235 pounds at 5'4 is what i weighed this time last year. by January, I was down to 142. Now I teeter totter between 155 and 160. I WILL NOT EVER BE FAT AGAIN.

Ive started going on 15 mile bike rides once a week and I'm training for the Bix 7, a 7 mile race we host in my hometown. TonightI start doing the Bix@6, a practice course that the city hosts every Thursday.

I'm finished with alcohol and sweets. For breakfast, I will have a half a protein shake made with water instead of milk. it will 100 calories. for lunch, a grilled chicken breast and vegetables, about 200-220 cals.  For dinner, a piece of Morning Star vegetarian chicken or burger with no bun, about 130 calories. Green Giant veggie sides if I MUST eat, only 40 calories.

I will be 135 pounds by August 8th at the latest.

I think my boyfriend is going to propose soon. and I will not let him have a fat wife.

please help me, ladies. I need support and love and encouragement and suggestions. Please.

(by the way, keldove looks fucking amazing lately.)

Only had about 70 calories today. I know I'm probably hungry, but mostly I just feel nauseus.

Thanks for the input on my hair problems (haha, gross). Did some reading, and I'm thinking that's probably what it is. And that I should just keep my mouth shut about it.

Some day, when I'm thin and pretty, everything else will just fall into place.
